Portveil exits share IP addresses with other customers, so one person's abuse can get everyone blocked. You may not use Portveil to:

• send spam or bulk unsolicited email (outbound port 25 is blocked);
• attack, scan, or break into systems you don't own or have permission to test;
• run denial-of-service attacks or generate abusive traffic;
• commit fraud, phishing, or identity theft, or distribute malware;
• infringe copyright or distribute illegal content, including material that exploits children;
• scrape sites in ways that violate their terms or overload them, including through AI agents you control: you're responsible for what your agents do;
• resell or share access outside your plan's devices.

What happens

We investigate reports sent to our abuse contact. We may disconnect a device or close an account that breaks this policy, and we cooperate with valid legal requests as described in our Privacy Policy.
